My friend gave me this swan it sits in the yard and the ducks have claimed under the butterfly bush as their spot. If its quiet they are usually sleeping there.

Not the only ones who like it. Its funny how the drakes like to crowd in one spot together while the girls spread out.

The blue one and the brown one to her left are runner ducks, the light ones by the swan and the rosemary are Welsh Harlequins ducks.

The one with the green head behind the chicken butt is the Welsh Harlequin drake, and the 2 black ones are Cayugas.

I LOVE your blue Runner. I had 1 just like that from Metzers, she was a pale blue and all speckled up really pretty and she was my favourite. She died when she was 9 weeks old.

Dang it! Now I have to go buy some Welsh Harlequins and sneak them past DH so I dont get into trouble for getting more than my (pretend) limit of 4

I wonder how long before he notices they are there? I really need to stop looking at posts with pictures

The birds are beautiful! But what kind of camera are you using??? The photo quality is amazing.
