How many other eggs do you have in the bator? I wouldn't help if there are more chicks to hatch. If you only have the 2 chicks, then I would take the chick that is having trouble out of the egg carton and lay it on the bottom of the bator. You will need to make sure that the humidity stays up when doing that. You may need to mist the pipped egg so that the chick doesn't shrink wrap.
