Eva was the first to arrive at ​The Perfect Cup​. She sat down at the table and waited to be served.

Megan appeared from the kitchen with several clean mugs in each hand. "Good morning, early bird," she said with a pleasant smile. "What can I get you this lovely morning?" She asked, even though it was actually pretty dreary outside.

Lovely morning? Eva thought. "I'll take a pumpkin muffin and a glass of iced peach tea, please" she said

Thomas walked out of his house, already in his uniform, and headed out to patrol on another misty morning.

Beatrice was walking on the road with her pink mask near Thomas, looking troubled.

"Muffins are still in the oven, so it'll be about ten minutes. Is that okay?" Megan asked

"Oh it's fine! I can wait." Eva replied. "What is your name? It was a little hectic yesterday so I didn't get around to asking it. I'm Eva Rodkins."

Megan flipped a teal plastic cup right side up and filled it with ice. "Megan. Megan Swan," she replied. "It's nice to meet you, Eva."

"It's nice to meet you to, Megan," Eva said. "And I forgot if you answered me yesterday, how did we all get here?"

Fay walked around town, and thought she heard an odd noise. Going into a dark alleyway so nobody saw her, she continued walking forward.
How large is this town? Fay thought, walking quickly and looking around the place curiously. The ominous noise grew louder.
