"It's nice to meet you to, Megan," Eva said. "And I forgot if you answered me yesterday, how did we all get here?"
Megan turned her back to Eva while she poured the tea. She tried to think of an explanation that Eva would understand, but there wasn't one. "We woke up," she said bluntly.

Jacob woke up slumped down on the couch. still in his wet clothes from the rain last night and they were now sticking to his body. He stood up, stretched and picked up his bag then started to explore his new house looking for the bathroom. Once he found it he took a shower and changed his wet clothes into dry ones, after that he headed outside to the tea shop for breakfast

"So you don't know either." Eva said quietly. "I wonder why they put us here."
Megan wanted so very much to frown and cry, throw a fit, be unhappy, but it would have to be at a cost. Being unhappy for a moment wasn't worth that cost. "Don't we all," she muttered. She turned around, a big smile on her face, and set the glass of peach tea in front of Eva. A timer went off in the kitchen. "Ah, muffins," she hurried into the back.
