Hi I’m new to incubating chicks and only had one hatch this first time. I think she is a mixed breed. She is 10 days old. I think it’s a she, but that is based on just a hunch. Can anyone tell from the picture?

I’m worried about her social development. A friend has white laced Cochins hatching in 3 days. Should I add a few to the brooder with her or will the bigger one hurt the little ones?

Thanks so much for any advice!

Hiya, and welcome to BYC! :frow

We don't see a picture but I and a lot of us have mixed baby chicks up to three weeks difference. It should work but I would monitor it heavily their first day.
Hi thanks so much - that’s reassuring.
Here’s the picture - not sure why it’s not showing above
