I have 30 chickens, 3 ducks , 3 turkeys - all raised and live together. Two turkeys are for Thanksgiving and we kind of want to keep the one real friendly one for a pet. Will it be ok as an only turkey? They roost with the chickens and walk around with them. My son wonders if it needs another to keep company as they appear to "talk" a lot to each other. We could keep 2 and eat one.
