HELP,,,the first Egg I got was small and Med brown the second was lighter and much larger . Then a shell less one and everyday or so I get a small one and then a big one, Three of the small ones are a pinkish color, the two large ones are the same colors and the 1st egg was a dark color..the small eggs were 35 to 38 grams and the bigger eggs were 55 to 58, I suspect the large eggs might be from our RIR and the smaller ones from a Wyandotte,, But the options would be 2 wyandottes and cuckoo marans, a RIR and australorp..any ideas will the shell colors stay the same pretty much on each hen or will the shell color differ each egg.???
