I'm starting on a new coop for my Welsummer chicks arriving in the Spring. Once they start laying I want to keep records of the eggs that each hen lays, color, etc. I have heard of one way nesting boxes so the hen can't get out once she lays her egg. This will give me a chance to record what each hen produces. I have gone thru many pictures on the "Coop Design" page and didn't find any pictures of what I am looking for. If any one has this set up and can post some pictures, I would appreciate it very much. Any other suggestions of how to keep track of what each hen produces would be appreciated as well. BTW, I am not going to sit and wait on each hen to do her business and then see what she has done.
Thanks in advance.

Thanks in advance.
Hens go broody when you don’t want them to… and won’t go broody when you do.
