Hello All,
I just re-flocked for the upcoming spring with 12 chicks from our local hatchery. Picked them up on Wednesday so I am guessing they are about a week old now?
I have an Aquila that is smaller than the rest and behaving oddly. I'm not sure she is eating even though she goes to the trough with the other chicks and acts like she is eating, but I don't actually see her get any starter in her mouth. She also stands alone and sort of wobbles. At first I thought she was just sleeping while upright, but she does it a lot and not sure she is sleeping. With her black fuzz and black eyes I have a hard time determining if her eyes are actually closed.
Anyway, not looking good for her so just wanted to post and see if there is anything I could do.
Thanks in advance for any tips.
