One week old chick with very swollen belly

chick hatched 8/1 from hatchery I received her 8/3 a “rare breed assortment”

she is very small and not growing like the rest of the clutch

her belly is extremely swollen. What should I do?

It could be mushy chick (infection of the yolk sac/navel), or she is possibly extremely constipated. Was there any poop stuck to her rear end when you picked her up?

Thank you. Mushy chick came up when I googled but it sounded like an affliction that affects 24 hour old chicks rather than week olds but maybe I misunderstood

Yes she had a little poop on her I washed off with warm water.
