One week old coturnix quail loosing feathers.

I have a one week old Coturnix quail that has lost some of its feathers; well not the whole feather, but more like having the downie fluff stripped off. Please see picture. Any advise would be appreciated.

Hello, Shaun. The link doesn't want to work for me, but it sounds like it's just feathering out. Meaning, the baby fluff is being replaced by its true feathers.

Pictures would help confirm what's going on.

Could you get a better picture? I can’t really see anything wrong, but that might be because the picture is out of focus

Picture is a bit blurry, but that does not look like feather pecking/plucking to me. My guess is that it is just a slow feathering bird. I'd monitor its progress.
