One Weeker with Two Weekers

I just picked up 5 chicks today and brought them home. The 2 weekers are doing fine, but the 1 weeker is getting trampled on as he tries to sleep under the light, and also is trying to crawl underneath the older ones. Should I separate it, or just let it figure it out?

There is just one of the 1 week old chicks? I would seperate. It just makes it easier to seperate them if they have friends to keep them warm. You can put a stuffed animal in there to keep it company when you seperate and so it can snuggle up to it under the light.
