One White Chick from Partridge Silkie Pair

So far we've hatched 7 partridge silkies from our breeding pair. The first 6 look like typical partridge chicks with chipmunk coloring. The 7th chick is much smaller than the others and is white. Could it be an albino or a throwback in genetics? The parents are segregated in their own pen from our other breeds so I know it isn't a mix. Pics to come.
 
One obvious question is are you sure all the eggs came from them? You've answered that.

My guess is that the color comes from both parents having a recessive a white gene hiding under something else at that location on the gene pair. Where did you get the breeding pair? Are you sure they are purebreds? That doesn't explain the size but if they are mixed and not pure maybe there is something else hiding in the mixed genetics. Silkies are notorious about not being purebreds, they are often mixes.

Photos of the parents as well as all the chicks might help.

How long were they segregated before you started collecting eggs?
