One wing

I have a rhode island red about 4 months old, that has only one wing and he also has alot of white on him. You can spot him out clear across the yard9 true fully I don't know if it is a hen or rooster yet. should i worry about this chicken

Was he born without the wing or did it just fall off or something?
Honestly, not trying to be sarcastic, just not sure what you're worried about......
