Nova looked at her but didn't say anything.

Caroline nodded. " Yep." The guard came over and grabbed Mark's and Caroline's necks.

She watched for a second, keeping herself from attacking the guards. Instincts reminded her that the neck was vulnerable spot. Nova got up and followed closely beside Caroline.

Nova looked slightly distressed but kept close to Caroline.
