one year old hen with orange red diarrea

She has white on her butt feathers and most of them are broken off. Always has layer feed for her to eat. But very under weight. Found her laying in the mud by their waterer today. Have about ten younger hens with her and two others her age and one rooster. The other hens look like the have diarrhea also, but not as sick as this one. Any ideas and help will be greatly appreciated.

Diarrhea is normal to some extent in chickens.it can mean they drank more water then food or it could mean a sick hen we need pictures.

will get some first thing in the morning. She is sick very lethargic.

Give her electrolytes homemade or store bought
Homemade:
1/8 tsp backing soda
1/8 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 cup water

Separate
and if its really hot there and its a heat stroke she could die,bring her in to your air conditioned home and give electrolytes and chick feed which has higher protein and is best for when they are sick.please update and let's hope she survives the night.
