Ongoing diarrhea! Help!

One of our hens has had diarrhea for about 3 weeks now. She is a little over a year old. We have no vets close to us that see chickens. Originally we thought it was maybe worms so we did deworm them. There has been no improvement. To me she looks off. She is eating and drinking but is often times off by herself. We feed kalmbach layer pellets. We put electrolytes in their water today to see if that helps. The other 3 all seem okay besides one is missing some feathers on the tops of her wings. Which we thought was from our rooster but now I'm not sure. Could mites or lice cause all of this?? We are going to check once they roost tonight but I'm trying to research as much as possible before hand. I'm not sure what else it could be at this point?? Any ideas?? We have younger chickens and they need to all go together but I don't want to put them together if my bigger ones are possibly sick. Any help is appreciated!

Is the diarrhea bloody? If so, it could be coccidiosis, a parasite, and can be treated w Corid in the water. What are you feeding? More than chicken feed? Some foods, like fruit and veggies can cause diarrhea.

She has a messy vent area, and due to the diarrhea. I would clean her up with a soapy warm bucket of water, to prevent flies from laying eggs on her vent (fly strike.) She may be drinking more water due to hot weather, and that may be the cause if diarrhea. What did you use for worming, and the dosage?
