Onion Grass

I was out with my chickens today, and I saw that they were getting into a patch of onion grass. I've heard that onions are bad for chickens, so i was wondering if onion grass was just as bad. Should I be concerned? and if so what should i do about it?? onion grass is EVERYWHERE!

It's just another green weed to them. They'll be fine! And, it's actually wild garlic, not onion.
