Lol. Yes, I definately wouldn't put them under a hen. The shells are strong, but not strong enough to withstand a hen. The chicks are more delicate. They're literally the size of a bumble bee. They do only take 16 days to hatch, and can easily be tucked beside an autoturner if there's a small gap.
The larger egg here is a coturnix egg. The smaller a button. I have small-medium sized "lady" hands.
