Lots of years of breeding on the BBS Orpingtons: Originals from Sandhill then added birds from Angela Stanley many years ago. Also have Hinkjc, Bamachicken, & Miss Prissy blood. My English Blood are from Joy Atkins.

I have just purchased full English Blood Black Orpingtons, Golden Laced Orpingtons, & Lavender Orpingtons. These will not go into the mix until next year as they are still chicks.

Just like to add that I have sold lots of eggs and traded lots of eggs of which many went to people who now show those birds and are winning.

Actually, the black hen came from Phoenixfeatherfarms, and my original splash roo came from Corancher. From those two birds, I kept 4 blue hens and a blue rooster, which crazypetlady bought from me. They are not all from corancher.

Actually, the black hen came from Phoenixfeatherfarms, and my original splash roo came from Corancher. From those two birds, I kept 4 blue hens and a blue rooster, which crazypetlady bought from me. They are not all from corancher.

I just hatched 2 blue and 2 splash, they are big monsters

They've just been offered a few times recently, and it's still really hot in a lot of places, and lots of people have full brooders from ordering eggs with the spring. I know my girls are on strike as long as it continues to be so hot and humid. So, just keeping an eye on this. Doesn't help that my notifications of thread updates have stopped- and there are others it's happened to as well, so they may have no idea this thread was even updated.

I like orps and am tempted but I have issues distinguishing them from my jersey giant chicks
