Temps here have dropped into the teens so any eggs shipped now will likely not fare well. I can offer any of the eggs listed below for shipment as soon as the weather warms back up or as soon as they start laying again as with the ducks, silkies & cochins.





It's getting too cold to ship here. I can offer any of these for Spring shipment if you would prefer. I also should have pure Indian Runners & Calls available in Spring & can offer an order of 4+ Ducks (calls, runners or some of each) for Spring.

6+ Old English Game Bantam (pens separated by color as follows: Brown Red, BB Red, Silver Duckwing with 1 Self-blue pullet in the mix <could produce SDW/Self-blue splits>, Quail roo over Red Pyle, Ginger & Wheaten hens) All current orders have shipped.

6+ Mixed layers from 2 pens (cochin bantam roo over standard production hens & 1 mixed bantam) & (blue Silkie roo over blue & blue partridge silkie hens & 1 silver phoenix hen-these could be pure silkies or mixes) There are 2 orders ahead of these, so next week for shipment. Currently getting 3-4 eggs daily from 4 hens in layer pen & 2-3 eggs per week from Silkie/Phoenix pen.

12+ Coturnix Quail, all colors are mixed, 1 cage has a jumbo male, all others are regular. No one is currently waiting on quail.

Hen's Choice WITH Coturnix Quail added to whatever is laid from all the other pens. Egg total will depend on how many quail are included as 2 quail will be substituted for each chicken egg. ie- 6 quail & 3 chicken, 4 quail & 4 chicken, 2 quail & 5 chicken, etc. Minimum value of equivalent of 6+ Chicken (12+ Quail).

Someone in my White Ameraucana Bantam pen is now laying as well. This pen has a trio of SQ White Ameraucana bantams & 1 EE bantam hen who is a cross between BB Red OEGB & White Ameraucana. If chicks hatch white they are pure, brown are EE. These will be included in the Hen's Choice selection.

I need to update my offer since I sold some birds & rearranged some pens:


It has gotten too cold to ship here right now & my girls are all mad at me for moving them to our new house anyway & haven't given me an egg all week. So here is what I can offer as soon as the girls get back to laying & the weather warms up enough to ship.

6+ Old English Game Bantam-pens separated by color: BB Red, Brown Red, Silver Duckwing & 1 pen of various colored hens covered by a Self-Blue roo (this will produce splits to get Self-blue/lavender in the next generation when bred back to a SB/lav or another split) You can NOT pick which pen your eggs come from. It will all depend on the hens.

or

6+ Pure Bantams-these could be from my assorted colored Silkie pens (which are covered by a Showgirl roo, a Sizzle roo & a Sizzle Showgirl roo), my assorted colored Cochin pen covered by a splash roo & a mottled roo (there is a Lavender hen in this pen so lavender splits are possible), my EE/OE pen, or any of the OEGB pens listed above.

4+ Pure Runners, Calls or some of each (these are both mixed color pens)

or

6+ Hen's choice including any Chicken pens listed above or from my mixed layer pen (production hens & mixed banties covered by Cochin Bantam roo), Duck or Quail (at least 2 quail will be used in place of a chicken/duck)

This sucks. My girls were laying great when I claimed my eggs & no one claimed mine before I had to move so now I'm stuck here. I really don't like holding up the chain but I don't want to send eggs & have them freeze either. Any advice here is welcome!

Would is be allowed for you to send then when the weather breaks? We all know how it is dealing with the elements and stubborn free loadin hens. Things happen.
