I will then back out and you guys can continue to play. If she contacts me I will send maryruth some eggs

Breese are fantastic layers. They are laying better then anyone I have and the legs are getting bigger and bigger. They are magestic looking birds as well, I would recommend them to everyone. As well as having something to do with your extra roosters.

Are your Bresse laying?

I have 3 adorable little Bresse chicks in the brooder that hatched from chiqita's eggs last Sunday.

They are very friendly and like to be held.

Holy crimini...I am sooooooo sorry!!!

I had some major drama (i hate drama but it seeks me out!) going on which ended up with 2 family members (not in my nuclear family, but not far out on the family limb) involuntarily committed. I also worked 57 hours in 4 days, so I was FAR away from thoughts of eggs and chickens, despite the pile of LITERALLY 47 dozen eggs in my diningroom.

I haven't seen a pm from Reese, but pms have piled up on me, too- please resend and I'll ship out tomorrow for Mon/Tue delivery. Give me a phone number, too, please!

In order to clean up all of the nonsense I caused, I shall post another half-dozen of the same and consider it the start point!!

So:

Current offer

Offer 6+ Choc/B/B/S/Silkied Ameraucana project
eggs.

Because the details have been lost in the ensuing posts, I'll clarify the Silkied gene is from a spontaneous mutation, and not back-crossing, and is only in about 20-25% of hatches at this time.

PROCEED! :>

OK, so pick either mine or chooks offer? I'm guessing?

My breese are laying, and hatching well. I'm even selling a few grow outs locally.

If you are trying to get what little diversity you can in imported birds, my stock is one generation down from gff. So you get a generation gap from some of the other sellers. From what I gather some prefer that ( father daughter rather then brother sister so to speak) since they would be more second cousins to other birds its not as big a deal, but every little bit helps when you are trying to get diversity in an import that will be coming from 8 or 9 parents.

Well...did someone post eggs but not receive any? Besides Reese? Chiquita, did you get eggs from someone?

Trying to catch up here...
