I should get updated photos, but my current hatch is dinking around and I try not to mess with my breeders too much. I have one chick in the incubator, but it's at the ugly tween stage. I could still get pics of it though. I've been hatching out a lot of whites, about 50% whites in each of my hatches (except for my most recent hatch of two white out of two, lol). My hatch rates have been excellent. 20 eggs will give you enough to start a colony or multiple breeding pairs. You could probably even do two breeder groups (one of "regular" colors and one of whites).
ETA: Here's a pic of one of the white chicks when it was first hatched.

This is what I do....cut the egg cartons length ways...and set them in the turners...then put the eggs in...makes it sooo much easier!!

Hmm, I did forget about those funny little cardboard trays they were first sent to me in, maybe I will fit those in. Now I need to find another incubator for all these eggs
