for example if i trade turkey or chicken eggs
do i get to decide what breed i choose
to trade for, for instance if i would
want to trade for ameraucana eggs

EE are okay only if they are pure, mixed color, Ameraucanas. Otherwise they can be offered as an aside to an offer of pures. But there has to be at least 1 offer of purebred eggs.

The person before you mails you ameraucana eggs. Someone else sees your turkey eggs and wants them, so they'll claim them. You will then mail that person turkey eggs.
