You could probably make categories...best hen, roo, chick, and best pullet/cockerel? You could also do stuff like 'prettiest' 'handsomest' 'goofiest' etc.
Edit: you could distinguish the 'chick' and the 'pullet/cockerel' category by saying that a chick is anyone still living in the brooder, and pullet/cockerel is anyone being integrated or in the coop, but not fully mature.
