It's what the food is called, it may say mixed flock, all flock, or flock raiser on the bag and if there are photos they usually include something other than a chicken.

I usually end up with one of these brands, but this will give you an idea, many feed manufacturers make some sort of feed for a mixed flock.

Great, will try to find some. I live in a small rural town only have 2 stores that sell feed/farm supplies but maybe they will have it

I don't have many options where I live either, which is why every time I buy a new bag of feed it seems to be different. Whatever the store I'm closest to has when I remember I need to buy feed, that's what they get!

I just checked online at Tractor Supply in my area and they have an all flock food it's in pellet form & I usually feed mine the crumbles but i'm sure they won't mind as long as their getting fed!!!!! :lau

I go back and forth between pellets and crumbles as well and have never had a problem, but I've heard of people who have picky birds. I feel like chickens and ducks are garbage disposals and will eat anything you give them. I'm not sure chickens even care if it's something that's supposed to be edible!

I still have crumble food so when I get the new food I will mix it with the crumble & maybe they won't notice!!!!
