I have a decent flock of layers, and im only getting 4 eggs a day. I have over 10 and im only getting 4! They are all fed well and all adults. Weird i say.

With the supplemental light, what is your opinion, regular "white" light or the red heat light?

I have 4 hens laying and recently have gone from getting 3 to 4 eggs per day in sub-zero temps to 1 or 2 per day and the temperature is warmer (low 30's at night) . I have a supplemental light in the coop (red)...not heat light (small reptile light). During cold spell I started feeding them warm oatmeal in the morning and they loved it. That is only change in diet. They are acting perfectly fine. What could the difference be?

Any stressor can cause reduced laying or cessation in laying.
