I was seperating the boys from the girls - they are starting to crow at 5 weeks. (A&M,s) Dang if one of the hens didn't lay an egg, at 5 weeks.

. I checked & it was a wind egg BUT it was as perfect as any from the outside . Just a little excitement from the quail pen.

Yes the wind egg was really small & had no yolk. Your eggs are from differant parents 100% . But I have had the largest HEALTHY chicks from your side of the family.
