Is it possible to cross breed a chicken or something so you would always get hens or at least get hens most of the time I am asking this question because I saw a video saying the baby roosters are killed because they don't have any value is this video real?

The video is real. No way to only select female carrying eggs. 50/50 odds with every egg laid and set
