I have 4 eggs incubating. Today is hatch day. One egg pipped yesterday afternoon and hatched about midnight. None of the other eggs have started to pip yet. I don't see or hear any movement yet. Should I go ahead and remove the one chick to the brooder or leave it be and see if the other eggs start pipping? Thanks!

If the chick is dry, I'd say it'd be best to put him in the brooder before the others pip. That way you won't have to open the incubator while the others are hatching
