Only one chick

Hi! This is my first hatch and am getting a little nervous. Yesterday was day 21 and around 2 pm one of the chicks had hatched. The chick is still in the incubator because I didn’t want to put him in the brooder by himself. My concern is now almost 24 hours later I only have two other eggs with the tiniest of holes and no progress in 5 hours. Will he be ok in the brooder by himself? Should I leave him a little longer and see what happens with the other 2? Thanks!
