Only One Out Of Three Laying, Timing???

My one gold/red sex linked (same age as the black S.L.) has been laying for about 2 weeks. My one RIR isn't laying yet either, she's a week or so younger. Do hens just have a different time to start laying or? I thought they'd all start about the same time... Any ideas???

Just like people, chickens reach sexual maturity in their own time. My five were all hatched on the same day, and I had one start at 21 weeks, one at 22, and one at 23-- still waiting on the other two.
