I noticed today that my white leghorn (ish) hen seems to have a really developed spur on one leg, and the tiniest nubbin on the other leg. Kind of weird, right?

And speaking of weird, isn't the leg color all wrong?

This is the leg with the spur.

I guess my real question is, how do I tell her that she's deformed? She's already got a hangup that she's the only white bird and the only one laying white eggs. Do I lay this on her? Anyone know a chicken therapist?
