Only one STILL??somthing not right with second chick???

Last night my first chick had hatched one jad pipped, Tonight still only one hatched and the same egg has only the same pip? Will any of the others hatch?? Day 21

Don't conside your eggs late until the end of day 25. Some have had eggs hatch as late as day 26 or 27. Chicks rest during the hatching process and can take up to 24 hours to go from pip to out of the egg. Just make sure you humidity is holding and go watch a good movie.

A second chick hatched while I was gone it does not look right, it has a bloody hole at his bum. This chick took 24 hours to hatch? When I got home there was a piece shell stuck to his bum and the ither check pecked it off, and somthing "tissuey" looking came out and a strand of blood ??? What happened?
