OOODLES OF LITTLE BLACK BUGS IN POOP!!! SICK HEN! COULD THIS BE IT??? URGENT!!!

I'm so sorry, but it may very well be! I only know of one thing that could save her and that's Diatomaceous Earth. She need's to eat/drink some ASAP! It will kill everything that is living inside her. I would probably dust her in ti too! For the mites!
Diatomaceous Earth is actually helpful for very little. It is a deterrent to some bugs, but it is far from being the miracle cure that sometimes people on the net make it out to be. It helps get rid of ants...I haven't seen it do anything to mites, on plants or animals...it doesn't kill fleas, it can help with internal parasites, but it isn't even all that effective at that. For real. You could try some valbazen...it is the only broad spectrum dewormer that I know of...If parasites are the issue, but if they are coming out with the poo then they very well might be adding a great deal to the issues at hand. I mean tummy worms can kill dogs and they are pretty rough...so...anytime there are live creatures in the poo then you know that there is a pretty bad internal infestation. It is not super uncommon to find dead bits of worms and such in poops--but even finding a lot of dead ones lets you know that parasite load was getting pretty high. Most creatures have manageable amounts of parasites in their bodies, but a cold or something simple might give a nasty parasite a foothold.

X2, very well said! DE didn't work on anything for me... I put it all over their coop, their dust bathing spots, on the birds and in their food. Now I use poultry dust and Safegaurd.
