Ooooh, only a few days left! *update w/pics* We're hatching!

We are on days : 17, 16, 15, 13, 9, and 7 (staggered hatch between two bators, the eggs that are due to hatch are moved to a cleared out bator) Got four cochins hatching probably this Saturday, and then another few on Monday, and valley quail hatching Monday-Wednsday. Almost at lockdown point!

So, that's two out of four due today. The first one is a black mottle, the second is a blue mottle (yay!)
Two more are pipping, and then another two are due between tomorrow and thursday, and then another six are due on the 11th. The valley quail are due to hatch anywhere within that timeframe. Whoo!

UPDATE no. 2 12/09
And here we are with the other two cochin chicks!

And the lone valley that hatched this morning!!

So that brings the new total to
four cochins, two black M's two blue M's
one valley quail.

Two more cochins pipping, more valleys due over the week!

I'm feeling that you have a few more that are just a bit shy, the veins will hopefully start popping out in another day or so. Do the yolks look just round, or do they look kinda spread out? Sorry, still kinda freakin' out about it.

Ive got coturnix eggs due to hatch on Sat, or Sunday, Or Monday...

I dont know If I will get anything because the eggs were pretty old, but its worth a try!

I also have chicken eggs due next week sometime (I probably should know, but I am too tired to count.. )

And.... SOME BUTTON QUAIL EGGS READY TO GO IN NEXT!!!!
