OOOOOOoooo lucky me!

I went to the Northeastern Poultry Congress and came back with a white silkie pullet and a modern game pullet.
The Silkie hasn't laid a thing and we thought the Mod. Game was too young...
Well my daughter just ran in and told me that she was checking the Silkie's cage and there was an egg!
Two seconds later my son came in and said that the Modern Game had laid one too!
Hers is the smallest egg I have ever seen.

I put both of them in my bator... I just had to. We'll see.

The Modern Game is a show bird and came from a really good breeder, she is gorgeous and in bloom and everything, I highly doubt she has ever been caged with a Rooster but hey, what can it hurt to try?
