Oops my shell is stuck

One of my baby chicks has shell stuck to her little back, do I just let it fall or should we try and get it off?

Unless it is bothering/impeding the chick, I would let it fall off on its own.

Hi and thanks for the advice. I can tell this is going to be a much needed site. Oh and it did fall off he or she was a late hatch and is quite a bit smaller than his bro's and sis's. Hoping he gets going and catches up.
