It's been pretty hot and dry the past couple of days, and today I accidentally left the sprinkler on for almost 3 hours. #facepalm Yeah, there are puddles in between my hills... Think they will be okay?

Everything will be ok. It won't take long for the ground to soak the water up. The exception to this would be if soil underneath contains a lot of clay. I don't see you having any problems either way.

aghhhh, we were doing good until clay. haha Unfortunately the soil here is awful, and there is quite a bit of clay. I tilled it up and mixed it with quite a bit of nutrient enriched soil. Hopefully it's not to bed or I'll be the crazy gal out there with a cup dipping water out of the garden. EEEEk!

try getting an acidifier to disolve the clay! it will help with the cla and balance the ph in your soild which will all improve draininage. we use burried irrication in out garden and i over water all the time but it just drains into the pathways from under the beds
