Last night I left the coop light on all night. How bad is that? Will my chickens be ok?

They should be fine! I've done that before as well - no ill effects at all.

They won't come out of their coop. Should I let them be and seecwhatvthey do? Or should I take them out and put them in their run?

Just leave the door open, they'll be in that run in no time. 1 gets curious & the others follow.
