I purchased a pullet on Sept 24th, 2021 by a local backyard breeder with great reviews. I'm not sure I got a pullet. What do you think?

Definitely a cockerel.

Right, I specifically clarified I wanted a pullet so this is a bit of a surprise, since they are supposed to be auto sexing breed.
