Open beak, weird noise

What is wrong with her?
This is the same hen that looked like egg bound but then she got better and was as active as always (so, no egg bound). Today I see her like this and it looks nothing like when she wasn’t ok before.
She can walk, she went to the coop to roost. Thanks in advance

She has some stridor, a sound made when the airway is partially blocked. Blockage could be a piece of feed, mucus, or swelling of the airway from a respiratory disease. She sounds a little rattly as well. How does her crop feel? A crop issue could cause liquid feed to come back up into the airway.

Do you notice any sneezing, watery or foamy eyes, or swelling of the eyes or face?

I haven’t seen anything swollen in her face or sneezing. I don’t really know how to feel her crop. I should look some videos and see if I can compare. But this is better to check in the morning, right?
Is there anything I can do to help her? I don’t know if apple vinegar in water works well, or something like that, that I can try today.
