Thanks. She actually tried to help me when it started. It actually got better and now it's back and a bit worse. Not respiratory and have checked her mouth and there is nothing I can see, but that's not saying much. Everything else is normal with her, but she can't be comfortable or happy. She is definitely a tough girl, but I feel so badly for her. I will try anything.
 
Is this the same chicken sneezing or a different one? How often is she sneezing? Both Wyorp Rock and I helped on you other thread. She suggested if you have had a respiratory problem before to try Tylosin or TiaGard/DenaGard which treat MG. Many times sneezing can be from dust in feed or in the coop or bedding. If they do it all day long, and you don’t see any bubbles or foam in an eye or swollen eyelid, it might be a respiratory virus.

Thank you and yes it is the same chicken. She seemed to get a lot better, but started within the past few days. You did give me advice which I followed, but still have no idea what exactly helped. I can say with certainty I have an issue posting videos. Anyway thank you and I will try your suggestions. She is doing the open mouth then honking/sneezing noise quite a bit. I would say every 15 minutes or so. She is quite old, but that shouldn't have too much to do with it. I haven't changed up any food or bedding. I use hemp and they get the same organic feed that they have always. You mentioned that it could be dusty? How do I tell? What should I do? I am hoping that she will be on the mend with the medication you recommended. Thank you so much again for your advice and help.

Videos in Post#4 from Youtube were posted a year ago (on youtube).

If seems like you may have a chronic respiratory illness. Have you not treated them at all?

If your coop has a lot of poop or ammonia odors, this could cause respiratory symptoms. Dusty means just that - is your coop really dusty with no ventilation? Do you cough/sneeze, have burning eyes or runny nose after being inside the coop working/cleaning?

The hen in the video from today has squinty eyes and is sneezing/coughing. I'd clean her eyes with saline, put a dot of Terramycin eye ointment in the eyes and treat her with Tylosin to see if her symptoms get better.

Do check her crop to make sure it's emptying overnight too.

Thank you and yea I had a chicken with this last year and cleared up quickly. I also had a hard time posting a video of my current hen and accidentally posted an old video. Anyway, I will for sure wash her eyes out witj saline and put some of the cream that you recommended. I will order Tylosin and hopefully that will help. I will also check her crop, but it's been ok. My coop has lots of windows and I use hemp. It does get cleaned often amd the girls are always in their outside run when it's being cleaned. I haven't changed or done anything different that would possibly irritate her like this. I will get those medicines that you have recommend and hope that works. Lastly, do I need a prescription for the tylosin? I am thinking I might. I could ask my vet
