Open wound on duck

New chicken pecked one of my female ducks. Both female ducks are now isolated. I cleaned the wound around the eye with rubbing alcohol twice so far and treated with pdp-erythromycin after each time. I also picked up polysporin red eye treatment cause it's for killing bacteria. I cannot go to the vet because they are only doing emergency visits for cats and dogs only. Is there something readily available in Canada that I can get from the store to help.
