Egg 5 looks like a blood ring. Give it another day or so, if you incubate in cartons or a turner the ring may settle to the widest part of the egg.

I was thinking the same thing.

Don't lock down until the egg is almost completely dark under the air cell. At that time, the air cell should also be tilting to one side. Place the tilted side up at lockdown.

The air cell is just below the fat end of the egg. It will look bright when candling. It should contain only air.

It becomes larger as evaporation draws water from the egg, it tilts closer to hatch time, and the margin becomes irregular right before hatching.
