Opinions on Doug's Breed?

I recently called dibs on a very cute white bantam cockerel from the bin at my workplace. He's about 3 weeks old right now. I'm guessing OEGB, but I'm not sure. Although he's definitely a rooster with a comb/wattle like that! He was brought from a neighboring feed store, purchased out of the asst. bantams bin.

Looks like a White Japanese bantam. How tall are his legs compared to the other chicks? He could be a White OEGB, not sure.
