Opinions on fertility?

Hey everyone our first lot of chickens that we incubated and hatched have started laying beautiful eggs for us the lovely ladies do live with a bantam rooster, being a first timer at checking for fertility i am wondering if you would say this egg is fertile?
I have edited the image a small amount so that it is a bit easier to see

I just played around with the brightness, contrast, highlights and shadows settings in a photo editing app
