Opinions on this Rollaway Nest Box?

Hi ya'll,
I'm building the shelters and adding next boxes to some of my pens. Been looking at these rollaway boxes for over a year, LOL. I've had the metal ones and they last forever and are easy to clean but the idea the eggs stay clean, is compelling. They would solve the need to go into the coop, some of which are quite small and uncomfortable to get into and out of for a human. Hen Gear Nest Box

! have the medium version Hen Gear. I really like it and the birds caught on quickly using the fake egg. It keeps the eggs clean and the access panel to the eggs is ergonomic.
