Opinions on two coop choices

I found this on craigslist. http://inlandempire.craigslist.org/grd/3958735112.html I really like the first coop pictured and it's a great price. I've also got a message into him to see if he can build me an 8'x8'x7' run. I would apron the bottom. Like I said hubby doesn't want to build ANTHING! Can't blame him though, it's a lot of work doing a 450 ft. two room addition : ) Let me know what you all think : )

I can't really tell from the pic how high the underside run is but it seems on the short side. Biggest concern is how do you get underneath? It appears to have one little chicken-size door. No way to clean under there or get to a chicken that is hiding out there. Not really usable space. (We use that are under our coop to keep food and water dry and in the shade.)

I can have this coop customized and have height added. There are some other things I will want to have changed and added as well but the size of the structure is good.

BTW I don't know how close you are to SD or if you want vinyl but if you do, I had a little trouble finding vinyl until we went to Sid's carpet barn (I think it is called that) about half way along Miramar. They had a lot of vinyl offcuts for $15-20 (5x6 ft pieces and the like) and the one we chose was textured so the chicks have no trouble gripping it.
