I saw this on craigs list and wondered if anyone had any experience with these in keeping the bad guys away from your chickens...

It probably works well for its intended purpose.

Unfortunately that purpose is to seperate YOU from YOUR MONEY.

I wouldnt count on it doing anything else with good results

IDK... the only experience I've ever had for those was for mice. When my (now) husband and I were dating, he lived in an old farmhouse in the middle of rice fields... every winter he was plagued with mice coming in-catching 5 in traps per day on average. :|

He plugged in two electronic mice repellers, one on each end of his small old house. The next day he caught ONE mouse in a trap and that was the last one he saw that year.
